Open Access Policy
Saudi Journal of Critical Care and General Medicine (SJCCGM) is a fully open access journal. All published content is available online with no subscription or access fees.
When articles are free
Articles are free to read immediately upon publication (no embargo period). Readers may access full-text articles at any time without payment.
Archiving policy (digital preservation)
SJCCGM is committed to long-term preservation of published content. The journal maintains:
- Permanent online availability of published articles on the journal website.
- Regular backups of journal content and the OJS database to protect against data loss.
- Repository/self-archiving support: Authors are encouraged to archive the accepted manuscript (and/or published version if permitted by the journal’s posting terms) in institutional repositories or personal academic profiles, provided that proper citation to the journal version is included.
If you enable preservation plugins (recommended), you can add this line:
- “SJCCGM supports preservation through OJS-compatible services (PKP PN/LOCKSS) when activated on the journal platform.”
